This policy explains how the Ultimate 5e Initiative Tracker app ("the app") handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
The app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. Specifically, it does not:
The app saves the encounter information you enter, such as character names, initiative values, hit points, armor class, status notes, and your chosen color palette, so that your work is still there when you reopen the app.
This information is stored only in the app's local storage on your own device. It is never uploaded to any server. The developer has no ability to see it, retrieve it, or recover it.
You can delete this stored information at any time by using the "Reset All" button in the app, or by deleting the app from your device.
The app lets you export an encounter as a JSON file and import one later. When you export, the file is handed to your device's own sharing features, so you choose where it goes, such as saving it to the Files app or sending it to someone. Nothing is uploaded to the developer, and the app has no access to the file once you have shared it. Where the file goes afterward is governed by whichever service you send it to.
The app functions entirely offline. It makes no network requests and contains no third-party code, scripts, or software development kits.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. No information is gathered that could identify a user of any age.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Any change that affects how information is handled will be reflected here before it takes effect in the app.
